Well half term is here, and the last six weeks has flown by. All of our September new starters are well settled, and we will be welcoming another three this half term.
We also would like to welcome Sara Letts to our team. Sara has already helped us out on occasions when staff have been off through illness or for training purposes, so some of you will recognise her lovely smile.
Sara is now a permanent member of the staff, and will work part-time for us on a Wednesday and Friday. She already has experience of young children as she works at Warren Mead Infant school, helping with lunchtime supervision, and is a mum of two herself.
Sara has a bubbly and happy personality, yet very patient with the children, she is keen to learn personally through professional development, and I am sure she will slot in well at Banstead Bunnies. Please say hello when you see her and make her feel welcome, as she will have a lot of faces, names and information to remember over the next half term.
As with all our staff she is enhanced DBS checked.
On a separate note, when term re-starts we will have our ‘Mini big read’ reading achievement poster up for parents/carers to assist their children sticking up stars, and we will start to organise our children’s Christmas party and small, very low key nativity………….oohhh exciting!
