On Friday the children and staff were lucky enough to have a visit from an ambulance and two paramedics as part of our ‘people who help us’ topic.
Mr Lucas Hawkes-Frost and Mrs Corina Downing showed the children around the ambulance and talked to them about their jobs. The children were allowed to try on the coats and helmets and sit in the driving seat, and some had bandages and slings applied by the paramedics. As you can see the children had a fabulous time, and the visit really helped them to understand how important a job the ambulance service provide for us all.
